High Season, minimum stay 5 (five) nights:
January 16th - 31st, 2008
July 15th - September 15th, 2008
December 1st - 14th, 2008

Peak Season, minimum stay 7 (seven) nights
December 15th, 2008 - January 14th, 2009

Banjar fee & Function fee will be applied for wedding with attendance more than 15 persons OR having loud entertainment.
Security deposit at USD 500.00 payable upon check in and refundable if no damages incurred
