As ABL Tours & Travel's services is now covering world wide area operations, we need to identify our clients and customers to continue to expand our exchange and facilitate our extra services programs. Being a member of ABL Tours & Travel Ltd., you will have special benefits whenever you use our services. ABL member means we can bring together qualified and enterprising people in a mutually accelerating access group, accessing World Wide Web effectively and completing the link with ABL Tours & Travel Ltd.
With your member account you have unlimited access to the complete database that will fulfill your needs for information and exchange. All you need to do is log in to the World Wide Web, sign up, sign in, and start exploring our database. Now you can make particular deals for particular services with ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. Please note that all your requirements for accessing the World Wide Web are your full responsibility

Applicant denial and membership termination
ABL Tour & Travel Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject any application for membership with or without reasons and notices. ABL Tours & Travel reserves the right to terminate an account due to the violation of rules and regulations as stated in terms and conditions and other related rules. If your membership is terminated from our database, you can not reapply for membership at any time.

Illegal Copy and Distribution
It is illegal, dishonourable, and a crime to copy and/or distribute database, product, or service information of any sort. It is not allowed to copy and or distribute any material from our sites without written permissions from ABL Tours &Travel Ltd.


Your Registration Obligations
All ABL Members have to agree with the terms and conditions of this service.

Using Your ABL Member
Whenever you use your member account, our Travel Consultant will recognize you as one of our ABL Member. You will have full support from our Travel Consultant when you use your member account. If you state your member access when you have a direct contact to our staff via phone the same special services will apply. Our staff may ask for your member account, please tell them your complete name and log in, but NEVER give them your password. 
Remember to log in your member account when you book for a room using the reservation form of the intended hotel. If you don't log in to your account, you will not get the benefits as mentioned the member services

Liability
ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. in cooperation with associated hotels and other partner business act simply as agent for the respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall ABL Tours & Travel be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of ABL Tours & Travel Ltd., or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or services are substituted, ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
