My wife and I have just returned from a ten day stay at your hotel and we felt that we needed to let you know how we felt about our first trip to Bali.
The outstanding attitude and friendliness of the people who staff the Mercure Kuta made our stay memorable in every way. They could not have been more helpful, co-operative or cheerful and always made the extra effort to make sure that we were comfortable and happy.
This made the Mecure a place that we could return to at the end of the day and relax. All in all, we would like to thank your staff for making our holiday one that we will remember for a long time. We intend to return to Bali within 12 months and will once again stay at the Mercure.

Thank you for your service to me while in Bali. The guide and driver were waiting for me on arrival as requested and soon had me at the hotel. The hotel could have been better but I believe I got what I paid for. My main suggestion was that the outside lights shone on to the bed and made sleep difficult other guests felt the same. More curtains would help. Other wise no real complaints except towels could be changed daily. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good especially the coffee. The guide picked me up when I was ready to leave and got me to the airport in plenty of time. Over all very happy with service and would use again. One more thing - Can you tell me anything about Emerald Holidays? It seems I have one a holiday with them. Are they genuine? Thank you, Kevin Marino.
