Drive to
Solo about 65 kms from Yogyakarta to visit Mangkunegaran's Palace with its private museum
for collections of masks, dancers costumes, religious articles, jewelries then visit to
the Triwindhu flea-market, Radya Pustaka Museum and the market. Afterward proceed to Sukuh
temple which is located on the slope of Mt Lawu and well known as an erotic temple with
wayang stone carvings of Hindu origin and having the shape of a stepped pyramid.
Return back to Yogyakarta with stop and visit to the Prambanan temple complex which is the
most beautiful and the biggest Hindu temple in Indonesia. |
