RESERVATION AND PREPAYMENT
1.	Reservations must made in writing. Complete address to be submitted.
2.	Upon confirmation, a Performa invoice for one night's deposit will be forwarded. Payment can be wire transfer to our bank account and is to be received by at least one month prior to the arrival. As an alternative credit card guarantee can also be arranged. No space will be held until the initial deposit is in place.
3.	Any outstanding balance of accommodation and other estimated charges to be settled in full two weeks prior to the arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1.	Cancellation with one month or more notice in advance will be fully refundable.
2.	Cancellations with two weeks to one month advance notice will be 50% refundable from the total number of nights booked.
3.	Cancellations with less than two weeks advance notice will not be refundable and will be subject to 100% charge for the total number of nights booked.
4.	Cancellations of bookings during peak season will not be refundable.

Special arrangement for group and / or long stay bookings is available upon request
