The Villa Tugu is set on an elevated block of Three (3) distinct levels. The main building opens to the pool and valleys of Balinese paddy fields. Six (6) A/C bedrooms including two (2) master suites, private balcony, deluxe fully marbled bathrooms with twin sinks and sunken tubs, and four (4) double bedrooms sharing two (2) fully marbled bathrooms also with sinks and showers. All bedrooms are fitted with queensize teakwood four post beds with mosquito nets, ceiling fans, mini frig, TV, and VCR.
A/C gamesroom with full sized snooker table, wet bar, dart, board games table, and lounge with CD/TV/VCR/Laser/Karaoke.
Gymnasium/Fitness room with 9 station universal gym.
Audio visual system throughout with 16 feet parabola including CNN, HBO, ESPN, etc.
Large contoured swimming pool and children?s pool.
Flood-Lit Tennis Court with a basketball shootaround area
Separate office and storeroom/cellar inside main building.
Fifth (5th) bathroom off dining room hallway.
Grassed sunken block driveway with parking bay suitable for 10 cars.
Fully serviced with separate staff quarters and laundry area
