Other building are available to those who rent the entire estate include :
- The Bale Gedhe : a three story house, the lower floor of which is a large open air pavilion with large exterior/interior entertaining space (along with the surrounding lawn this Bale can easily entertain 200 guests) Inside is ideal for lounging on LInda Garland's signature design bamboo furniture. This cozy pavilion is equipped with music system, a kitchen and bathroom. The second floor is the TV room and the third floor is a small hideaway with a magnificent view of the entire estate.
- The three Basket are small cottages with single and double beds for additional staff and guest when the entire estate is rented ( these do not have private bathrooms).
For special events such as a parties, conferences, and weddings, we rent the estate complete entertainment packages : procession, Balinese musical orchestras and/or dance-dramas, Balinese penjor decorations and flower arrangements, full buffet menu and welcome drink, plus additional activities pertinent to the group such as inter tubing down the Oos River, Balinese cooking lessons, and a children's game.
Available for all guests are the numerous lounging pavilions on the property, the swimming pool, and a large three deck for events adjacent to the pool, jutting out above the river-offering another splendid view of the landscape. For events this area can accommodate a party of 100 persons.
