Puri Nirwana occupies 5000m² of beachfront property and just 1700m2 is devoted to the accommodation and facilities building leaving ample manicured gardens and lawns with several water features including a reflection pond. The Building layout has 6 bedrooms, large entertaining areas, generous bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, a vogue style Chefs’ kitchen, a banquet size dining room (seats 24), sitting rooms, meet & greet areas.
Puri Nirwana is a private plantation style mansion with building design and layout that cater for people of movement disabilities. It offers 6 air –conditioned bedrooms in total with one master suite and five standard suites. The master suite is a luxurious and enormous suite on the ground floor with a massive bathroom which includes a mini spa, overlooking the magnificent lawn, swimming pool and ocean. The standard suite is finished with marble inlaid floors, and imported stone from India and The Ukraine with spacious bathroom that measures 18 square meters.
Puri Nirwana boasts dinning room that overlooks manicured lawn, pool and ocean with stunning dining table that seats 24; a spacious entertaining area with full sized billiard table, massive LED television, DVD and book library; sitting room with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening onto the patio, manicured lawn, swimming pool and beach beyond; Meet & Greet Area gives a beautiful glimpse of the beach and surrounding gardens and houses display cabinets filled with a collection of interesting curios and unique artwork; fully-equipped kitchen with the latest in dual gas ovens, hot plates, glass store room, room length exhaust system and twin state of the art refrigerators.
Escape Lounges are perfectly situated in corners of the garden and villa where you can spend some quality time with that special person; yourself.
Semi Enclosed 1st Floor Bale is a spacious open air Bale with ten metre high ceilings has a stunning view to the gardens and beach. Antique carved beams and fixtures feature in the beautiful upstairs room where you can relax in the huge circular lounge or take a quiet cat nap on the garden view lounge.
Poolside Bale is a perfect place where you can read a book or be hypnotized by the ocean, or have evening cocktails or dinner at the table that seats ten under the vine covered trellis, and the Bali night sky.
The Spa features an intricately carved Indonesian historic building of over 170m2 (Joglo House) with high open ceilings baths, showers and therapy areas. The Spa can rented exclusively for guests who seek added privacy & personal pampering, it can be easily converted to a luxurious Royal Suite. There would an additional charge to close the Spa to the Public.
Other facilities and services including beachside swimming pool and adjoining Jacuzzi where you can float in the pool while watching the wave’s crash on the sand, children's activity area, two beautiful fish ponds and water features, WiFi internet access, garage for eight car, off street parking for 100 cars (small charge paid to village) and 25 full time staff to cater to your every whim.
