Villa Issi offers four bedrooms. The master bedroom and study bedroom are located in the Master Building . The air conditioned master bedroom that features recycled teak wood flooring, glass walls and striking black and white artwork, a king size bed, a pair of black leather chairs, safe deposit box and a flat screen TV, complete with DVD. The master bedroom also features a dressing room and spacious ensuite bathroom fashioned in grey terrazzo with a free-standing, oversize terrazzo bathtub, twin square washbasins, a toilet, bide and two walk in monsoon showers. The air conditioned study bedroom features long wall desk, a king size bed, leather chairs, safe deposit box and a flat screen TV. The study bedroom also features a large dressing room and its own ensuite bathroom with a monsoon shower behind a glass wall and a glossy black resin washbasin.
The single-story, standalone pavilion incorporates two more guest bedrooms, each has similar interior design and equipped with king size bed, honey colored teak wood floors, safe deposit box, 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock and walk through dressing room. These bedrooms have garden en-suite bathrooms with a pergola roof above standing monsoon showers, bathtubs for two and twin black resin washbasins. An elevated terrace at the front of the pavilion overlooks the pool and garden and is furnished with silver beanbag chairs and orange beanbag daybeds.
The master building also features a dining room, a living area and a kitchen on the lower level. The dining room is furnished with a credenza and a 3.2 metre blond wood dining table with bench seating for 12, softly lit by five hanging lights. The living room features two large black sofas, ottomans, accompanying black lamps and a zebra skin run upon the grey terrazzo floor, 55” flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and Bose Sound System. The kitchen is crafted from ‘wenge’ black wood and stainless steel and is spacious, cutting-edge and equipped with state of the art appliances and sophisticated tap ware. A private powder room for guests is also located on the lower level.
Villa Issi has an elevated deck that offers a secret alcove, furnished with two white lounge chairs. The deck then extends to a timber bridge over the swimming pool to form a unique party space or chill out area – perfect for sunset cocktails.
A standalone gym with creamy white palimanan stone wall and grey terrazzo floor is well-equipped with a treadmill, stationary exercise bike and fitball, as well as 32” flat screen TV and iPod dock, as well as its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
Villa Issi boasts a 25-meter swimming pool, which is perfect for a relaxing dip or swimming laps and is bordered by a recycled ulin timber deck, furnished with sun lounges and beanbags to laze away on. The garden also features a covered outdoor area complete with a magnificent gas fired barbeque.
Villa Issi is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff including a villa manager, a top class chef, butlers, housekeepers, a gardener/pool attendant and security guards.
