This email is in response to your email requesting that I give you some feedback about your services. I booked the Nusa Lembongan Resort through ABL Tours & Travel. I had no problems with the booking or reservation. Our visit was enjoyable, though the resort is showing some need of repairs. There were problems with the plumbing and the bed had a huge lump in the center which might have kept my husband and I apart during sleep. Some foods and beverages on the menu were not available due to infrequent supply. None of this kept us from enjoying our visit. The staff at the resort were wonderful. We sincerely enjoyed our vacation in Bali. Aloha, Sally Lambert
