The fine dining signature restaurant of Royal Jimbaran Bay, di Mare, offers a Mediterranean style menu with regional Asian overtones. Ingredients are fresh and light using local produce, including fresh caught fish from Jimbaran Bay's own local markets.
Residents have the option of requesting a private dining experience in the privacy of their own villa. The di Mare menu is complimented by a comprehensive wine list offering a selection of the world's finest wines, liqueurs and Cuban cigars.
