Bali - In spite of many changes caused by the rapid development of
Bali's economy, local and international tourism, and communications (television,
fax, pagers, GSM hand phones, Internet), the influx of people from other
Indonesian islands, and the strong influence of the government and "big
business" in Jakarta, the island of Bali in Indonesia is year after
year voted by the readers of all major travel magazines the most enchanting
travel destination in the whole world.
Bali's wide variety
of attractions and facilities, the physical beauty of the island, and
the year-round pleasant climate make Bali a place regarded by many visitors
as the "Ultimate Island". The friendly people and the absence
of any security problems (even during the recent dangerous times in other
parts of Indonesia) guarantee visitors a totally relaxing stay - which
is a very pleasant surprise for guests who repeatedly felt threatened
in Barbados, Jamaica, and other "dream islands" in the Caribbean.

| i couldnt be more happy with the way you handled our bookings for the hotels. i had previously assumed that due to the fact that i would be saving so much money using your website we would not recieve the same treatment at the hotels where the others guests were paying the full price but it was absolutely amazing at every hotel we went to. i regret not using ABL for every hotel we stayed in. your service was brilliant in every way and if i return to indonesia there is no doubt that ABL will be the travel agent i use for everything! thank you very much, thanks to ABL i had the time of my life. regards katy |

| Hi, I stayed from May20-24, 2007 at Villa no. 11 of Desamuda Seminyak. Overall, I enjoyed my honeymoon and the villa was great! So was the service. If any complaints at all would be on the last day when we were told to check out early because some other guest wanted our Villa #11 and wanted to check in at 12:00pm. That was annoying. Because we were already going to leave on that day and we were going to check out around lunch time anyway. But the staff told us that she needed to vacate us early so housekeeping can clean the villa. She offered to put us in the next Villa which was Villa #9. It was a bit dirty and not kept very well. Plus I had to pack in a hurry. What I don\'t understand is that couldn\'t your staff have offered an alternative VIlla to the guest instead of vacating us? Other than this incident, evrything else was good. |
