Bale Sutra (the palace of harmony) Guests experience a different dimension at Hotel Tugu Bali. A spectacular dining room has been created to recall the harnmony between ancient Java-Bali and the Chinese who arrived on these shores over 300 years ago.
   
The exclusive Bale Sutra is an authentic reconstruction of a private 1706 Kang XI Chinese family temple saved from development plans in Java. Previously this place of worship was used for family gatherings where the big family could join together for festive reunions dinners. Now it can hold up to fifty people for a very memorable event.

Bale Puputan
The Bale Puputan (a small meeting room) was built to commemorate one of the dark moments in Balinese history when 90 years ago the noblemen of the Klungkung palace marched into the guns of the Dutch army rather than surrender their freedom. This grand room is filed with keepsakes contributed by Bali's aristocratic families.

In Garuda Megibung, chair-less sitting arrangements are done from the north-end of the table, starting with the oldest member and ending with the youngest member at the other end of the long table. Each member should wear traditional Balinese clothing. However, currently this way of dining can only be found in few secluded villages in Bali. top Beach BBQ
