A cold mountain area which is always covered by fogs before 8.00 am and after 5.00 am. For years this region has been an important asset for Bali's tourism industry because of its fascinating view. This 58 kms distance from Denpasar City will greeting you with its nice view set up by mountains range, valley, caldera, lake Batur and familiar and hospitality citizen. That is Panelokan, the first village you will find before reaching the center part of Kintamani district, about 4 kms to the north of Penelokan. Although Panelokan village typically is not included to your route to be passed, ask your guide or driver to take you to this place for a moment. It's just less than 500 meters from the way you have to take to your trekking location. If not, you still can see the other side view of Penelokan from your trekking location.

Start Time
We will pick up in a little bit different time depend on your hotel location. If you are staying at Nusadua area, we will pick you up in time range of 07.15 - 07.30 am; Kuta at 07.30 - 07.45; and for Sanur and Ubud at 07.45 - 08.00.

Your Journey
For those who are staying at Nusadua, Sanur and Kuta, your journey to trekking location will pass Batubulan (a central part for stone carving in Bali) then continue to Ubud for picking up other groups (if any). This is the first route. In the second route, you will pass Celuk village after Batubulan, then Sukawati, Tampak Siring and Penelokan. Total distance of your journey is about 57 kms (depends on the location of your hotel). We promise that your journey will not boring, because the regions you are passing by have beautifully fascinating view. You can see rice terraces, traditional villages, mountains range, plantations, and much more. You also pass by many villages of home industrial such as Celuk, Mas, Sukawati, Batubulan, and so on. You will reach the location in about 1 hour 20 minutes, depends on your hotel location.

Your Trekking
The location of your Jungle Trekking in this time is Kintamani district. You will trek Abang Mountain and covering area in the foot of this mountain. Total of your trekking trip is about 15 kms. You will need 3 - 4 hours to complete this trekking while the temperature at this place could be under 20 degree of Celcius. Don't worry you will not boring in this location. The circumstance is good, with fresh mountain air, and nice view. Taste the smell of wood in this place as well as the song of birds which are greeting you with their natural songs of joy. Forget all your problems for a while and let your mind take a rest and have an harmony with the nature around you.
You may take a rest anywhere you want in the middle your trekking session. Our guides will always watch you, from close or distance and to ensure that everything is alright on you. In the middle of your journey, you will have to take a rest for a while. You may drink and eat your lunch and fruits in this place, meanwhile the nice view stay around you and the sun shine breakthrough the trees in the wood.

Completing your tour
After completing your trekking session, our guide will take you back to your hotel. You will arrive at your hotel around 3.00 pm, depends on the location of your hotel.
