Our transfer from the airport was waiting for us on arrival and our stay at the Besakih was very enjoyable with no problems with our accomadation, and was fully up to our expectations. I have used ABL Tour sevice for accomodation in Bali Island. I am so satisfied for the comfortable and credible service from ABL Tour.

The package tour that we took was very interesting. We got to see most part of Bali, not just only popular tourist places. Our tour guide, Mr. Arias is a very good guide. He is a knowledgeble guide as well as attentive to our need. Our driver, Mr. Anto, was also very helpful and a good driver. We were quite impress with the accomodation at Candidasa (The Nirvana), but not the one on Bali Beach. The Ubud Village in Ubud is quite a convenient place to stay but we would prefer the place like Pjumpuhan which was fully booked at that time unfortunately. For lunch buffet, the one we took on the way to Lovina was better than the one at the restaurant at the Lake Batur, even though the later one was in a nicer location with excellent view of the lake. Over all impression of the trip was very good, we did enjoy the trip and thank you very much for the service your company offer.

By booking with you I also was offered a free transfer from Swastika Bungalows to the Airport. I was pleased with the ease of booking the transfer via the hotel. Your representative was on time and very helpful about the booking in process when at the airport. Just by keeping up your present level of standard I can see no need of any improvements.
