The name of this free online hotel reservation services is RoomFinder.
RoomFinder is operated by Ayu Bali Lestari (ABL) Tours & Travel
Ltd. in corporation with hotels throughout Asean Countries including
Indonesia. All services offered in RoomFinder are legal, including
reservation, quoted selling rates on Super Saver, published rates
from hotels, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined
by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. is fully
responsible for RoomFinder services. Responsibility is taken for
all reservation made via RoomFinder and payment made from and for
RoomFinder services.
ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. is NOT responsible for the services
provided by the hotel chosen by clients. ABL Tours & Travel
Ltd. guarantees that you will have the quality of services from
the hotels as stated in RoomFinder. The quality of service fully
depends on the prestige of the hotel chosen and shall be fully responsible
for its services to you. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. is fully responsible
for the identity of any client who participates in RoomFinder and
for data which received by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. Any Internet
user can benefit from the RoomFinder services by browsing at the
database.
SUPER SAVER RATES
All rates or other services, which are net, non-commissionable,
inclusive of tax, service charge, and surcharges (if any), are quoted
in US$ (United States Dollar). Breakfast and transfers are not included
unless otherwise stated in the services. Some Hotels have seasonal
surcharges, please read respective Super Saver carefully before
making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of the
rates. Super Saver rates are applicable only when reservation is
made through ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. If you can not find out
the Super Saver of the hotel you are looking for, please contact
us for more information at abl@abltravel.com.
ROOM
AVAILABILITY / ALLOTMENT
Hotel's Room availability indicates the availability of rooms within
a current period (according to check-in date), showed by two icons,
i.e.:
1. Room Available:
This icon indicates the availability of room of the hotel during period
of request. If you make a reservation, in which the number of room(s)
that you request can be fulfilled by the Room Availability, thus the
reservation status will instantly confirmed by system.
2. Room On Request:
This icon indicates that the rooms of the hotel can be requested.
Should the numbers of the available rooms can fulfill your request,
we will confirm the rooms for you (manual confirm).
EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due
to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing
time. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. can not hold the responsible for
these differences.
PROCEDURE
OF RESERVATION
No reservation will be proceed if we don't receive credit card details.
In the event of non-receipt, there will be notification that the
reservation is incomplete. You may choose to send either by facsimile
or email. Your reservation will be confirmed within less than 12
hours. If the room at your selected hotel is not available at the
time, you will be notified by our Travel Consultant an alternative
hotel with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively
your request will be put on waiting list.
If your
hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the hotel
and we can follow up for you. Short notice of reservation will be
handled according to room availability of the hotel. However, we
shall normally require 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Please be
aware on peak season e.g. Christmas and New Year, reservation must
be made far in advance to avoid inconvenience, minimum two months
ahead is required.
CHANGE
OF CONFIRM RESERVATION
For some reason you can not stay at the hotel according to your
fixed reservation and You want either to extend your stay or earlier
departure. Please immediately contact us in order to get assistance
and ABL Tours & Travel will not be responsible for any loss,
refund whatsoever.
PRO
FORMA INVOICE
After having confirmed your reservation, break down of pro forma
invoice is clearly stated and sent to you and quoted in USD. All
transaction will be converted into Rupiah and the exchange rate
is based on the day of transaction. See also E-customer Receipt
and Terms of Payment.
TERMS
OF PAYMENT
Payment for hotel charge or additional services will be debited
to your credit card at the latest 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival
(check in date at the hotel), 30 (thirty) days at a peak/high season.
Therefore all transaction is advance payment, unless otherwise you
ask for specific request.

E-VOUCHER
(EXCHANGE ORDER)
E-voucher will be sent to you after payment has been done. Please
print this e-voucher and bring together with you and show to the
receptionist of the hotel upon check in. Copy voucher is also
sent by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. to the respective hotel. Only
service(s) stated on the e-voucher will be on ABL Tours &
Travel\'s account and other expenses is on your personal account.
E-CUSTOMER
RECEIPT
Due to payment, ABL Tours & Travel convert USD to Rupiah according
to day\'s exchange rate. And you will receive this together with
E-voucher.
CANCELLATION
IN A LOW SEASON PERIOD :
Should your cancellation is made within these following periods;
a cancellation fee will be charged over you.
1. Cancellation made within 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival
date will be charged 70% fee of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation made within 3 (three) days prior to the arrival
date will be charged 80% fee of the total reservation amount.
3. No show/ cancellation made on the check in day will be charged
100% of the total reservation amount.
IN A HIGH SEASON PERIOD :
Should your cancellation is made within these following periods;
a cancellation fee will be charged over you.
1. Cancellation made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to the arrival
date will be charged 70% fee of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation made within 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival
date will be charged 80% fee of the total reservation amount.
3. No show/ cancellation made on the check in day will be charged
100% of the total reservation amount.
IN A PEAK SEASON PERIOD :
Should your cancellation is made within these following periods;
a cancellation fee will be charged over you.
1. Cancellation made within 30 (thirty) days prior to the arrival
date will be charged 70% fee of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to the arrival
date will be charged 90% fee of the total reservation amount.
3. No show/ cancellation made on the check in day will be charged
100% of the total reservation amount.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will charge your credit
card 14 days in a low season & 30 days in a high & peak
season. There will be 5% administration fee if cancellation is made
before the above mentioned periods.
NOTE: the above mentioned conditions are inapplicable for reservation
made in: Begawan Giri Resort, Pansea Puri Bali, Fours Season Resorts,
Aman Resorts & ALL TYPE OF VILLAS.
COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email
is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication
is not always reliable, please supply us.

and other partner business act only as agent for the respective
hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations,
transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall ABL
Tours & Travel be responsible for any loss, expense, damage,
claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise
whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract
or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the
services or hotels described including, without restricting the
generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s),
rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client,
through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying
out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war,
national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other
act not within the control of ABL Tours & Travel Ltd., or
by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties
whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein.
If any
hotels and/or services are substituted, ABL Tours & Travel
Ltd. at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts
to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable
to those originally contracted. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. in
their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse
or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and
contract for accommodations or services.
