ABL-J04: MORNING JAKARTA CITY TOUR 4 Hours

Visiting to the National museum (closed on Monday) established in 1778 by U.M.C Rademacher under the auspices of Batavia Association of Arts and Sciences, it offers historical, pre-historical, archaeological and ethnographic aspects of Indonesia its extensive collection of artifacts and relics which date as far back as to the stobe age, then proceed to the National Monument or "Monas" as it is popularly called, is one of the monuments built during the Sukarno era of fierce nationalism.
It stands for the people's determination to achieve freedom and the crowning of their efforts in the Proclamation of Independence in August 1945.

Also visit Sunda Kelapa Harbor where the Portuguese traded with Hindu Kingdom Of Pajajaran in the early 16th century. Dutch domination of Jakarta old fort and warehouses of Dutch East India Company can still be seen. Our final stop is Batik workshop where you are can see the process of making batik either in hand drawn or stamped with its characteristic as traditional cloth from Indonesia.
