Bali Indah's specialty is Kung Pau, a hot and spicy but delicious dish. There are several variations including including Kung Pau chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, prawn, squid and eggplant. All are prepared and made from tender meat and fresh seafoods.
Beef in Garlic or Black Bean is a perfect meal. The beef is lean, and cooked until it is melt-in-mouth tender. The garlic sauce is strong but not overpowering, and the black bean sauce is a dream come true for any lover of authentic Chinese food.
The Special Fried Noodles are amazing, loaded with plenty of beef, pork, chicken and shrimp. As far as we know, Bali Indah Restaurant serves some of the best Chinese food in Bali.
