Chris and Diana invite you to experience a 'living food' menu with Balinese and Indonesian flavors. Based on traditional recipe and using only the freshest local product.
Rawstafel serves a selection of dishes to sample in the traditional manner. Raw Food; a movement promoting the consumption of uncooked, unprocessed, and organic food, as a large percentage of teh diet. A raw food diet consist of foods that have not been heated above a certain temperature.
As a pre-requisite, participant to be lunch should suspend prejudices, re-set their comfort zones and evaluate their preconceptions.
