Mr. Stuart Arthur Bolwell has been appointed to as a new Food & Beverages Team Leader of Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suites Bali, and is responsible to oversee all food and beverages operations of the 329 – room and 84 suites – family apartments.
Mr. Bolwell brings 9 (nine) year’s experience in 6 (six) continents, 6 (six) years live – in experience in hotels in Asia pacific as an expert.
He is experienced in working with high quality chain hotel, most recently he is Area Director of Food & Beverage – of Crowne Plaza Hotel, Holiday Inn, and Ela Beach Hotel in Papua New Guinea, where he has been joining since 2002. Bolwell had moved from Holiday Inn Resort Guam, U.S.A where he had been Director of Food & Beverage for 2 (two) years.
Familiar with Asian customs and culture is one of his strengthen. It proven when he worked for Holiday Inn Group in Hefei- P.R., China in 1999 as an Executive Chef; Holiday Inn, Miri - Malaysia in 1996; and Holiday Inn, Queenstown, New Zealand. Currently he is studying a postgraduate business degree in University of Queensland, to complete his qualification to be the best team builder and a new business creator.
