Easter in Balinese Way
Easter is around the corner and Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa has prepared plenty of special events for guests to enjoy this Easter and for a start, try your luck with our Wooden Easter Bunny by simply guessing the weight of the wooden Bunny. Guess the weight of the Bunny Contest will start 1st April 2007 through 8st April 2007. Interesting prizes have been prepared for the winners and will be drawn during Easter Dinner on Sunday, 8 April 2007. Happy Guessing!
For our young guests, we have prepared various Easter activities. On Easter Sunday enjoy coloring ginger bread bunny, egg painting for the whole family, coloring bunny masks and Easter egg hunting.
During this Easter season, our Wedang Jahe restaurant provides a very special Easter Buffet Dinner where the family can enjoy International cuisine with Easter decorations. The buffet dinner price is Rp 295,000 ++ and will be served from 7.00 to 10.00 p.m. Humming Groove Band will entertain you during dinner.

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa Hosted International Meetings
CLI Meeting, 13 – 16 February 2007
Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa hosted the 7th Country Led Initiative meeting of the United Nations Forum on Forests (UNFF). Over 150 participants representing 74 member countries, inter-governmental and non-governmental organization were in attendance.
ADM Meeting, 23 – 25 March 2007
The Asean Defense Ministerial Meeting was held at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa and was attended by 10 Asean countries including Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Asean Secretariat. The aim for this 2- day meeting was to maintain and increase the cooperation among the Asean countries especially on the Defense matters.

Balinese Cooking Class at Raja's Balinese Restaurant
Discover the culinary delight of Bali with RAJA’S cooking class. The class takes about 4 hours beginning with a walk through the Hotel's very own herb garden giving you the chance to see just how these exotic herbs and spices actually grow.
RAJA’S Chef De Cuisine Ketut Mudana will then explain the recipes before "it's aprons on" and the cooking begins. Chef Mudana will take you through step by step explaining the secrets behind magical Bali’s exotic cuisine. By the end of the morning, you will have learned all you need to know to prepare a Balinese Dinner to entertain your family and friends. Upon completing the class you will receive a RAJA’S Cooking Class certificate and a set of recipes to take home with you.
