| Everything worked out well with transfers. Waka di Ume is fabulous. We loved it. The servers need to "tone down" all the talk about how poor they are and how much they need money. It would make the experience more enjoyable. But the resort is great. |

I am HOU,LI-CHUAN (check in 1/26 , check out 1/27 ) .
I stayed in Jungle villa . Natura resort is like a home to me .
I can see valley view from my villa and hear birds singing.
Villa Natura is a good place for me to relax.
I think that I almost in heaven when I stay in villa Natura.
I appreciate what you do for us four people.
Although I only stay in Natura for one night, but I will keep it in memory forever.
By the way, I want to tell you my some suggestions about villa Natura.
I know that it is nature to see bugs and insects in villa, because villa Natura is located in valley and jungle. But maybe you can clean more such like closet, bed, curtain above the bed and indoor shoes. I like the villas in Natura. Here is my sincere opinion ,I hope that you can put it into consideration .
I love villa Natura, I will come back again in the future.

| I highly recommend booking through ABL travel. It made our trip so much easier being picked up to go to and from the airport. We got our booking at Tepi Sawah cheap too which we could not recommend more highly. Our ABL guide was sooooo friendly too and gave us lots of good tips for our stay in Bali. |
