My wife and I have just returned from a ten day stay at your hotel and we felt that we needed to let you know how we felt about our first trip to Bali.
The outstanding attitude and friendliness of the people who staff the Mercure Kuta made our stay memorable in every way. They could not have been more helpful, co-operative or cheerful and always made the extra effort to make sure that we were comfortable and happy.
This made the Mecure a place that we could return to at the end of the day and relax. All in all, we would like to thank your staff for making our holiday one that we will remember for a long time. We intend to return to Bali within 12 months and will once again stay at the Mercure.

I have a 4-day wonderful visit to Bali Summer Hotel last 12 to 14 July
at room 303. I was arranged by KGRE (Kang Guru Radio English) Bali and
they helped me greatly. A breataking and panoramic view of the bustling
shopping spots around Bali Summer hotel which I can reach them in
walking distance. It was really fun and I am feeling so comfort staying
in the hotel.

Thank you for your email! We had such a lovely time in Bali. I was more than happy with the services provided by ABL. Our tour guide was very very helpful and friendly. The bus was very comfortable, and the choice of restaurants was great. We enjoyed the scenery very much.
Also I like our hotel very much. It was quiet and very beautiful, the grounds and surroundings and yet it was so close to the main shopping areas. Reservations were excellant!
I wil be using ABL again next year when I bring another group to Bali. YOu have been most helpful and accomodating.
