Would like to commend and thank your staff, Ria (and the others who i cannot remember anymore) who immediately and patiently attended to my inquiries and requests for my reservations at Kind Villa Bintang in Bali from Dec 28 to Jan 1, 2007. She responded right away no matter how trivial and minor my inquiry was. And if she was not around, another staff would equally handle my inquiry efficiently. In Bali, we did not encounter any problems with our reservations and checking-in was a breeze. The hotel staff was ready with our keys and brekafast coupons when we arrived.
