| We were very pleased with ABL's services on our recent trip to Bali. The guide (Augustina from the Ubud area) was courteous, prompt and very helpful. The reservation facility was easy to use, and the rate offered on our hotel was excellent value. We also were highly satisfied with our hotel, the Uma Ubud. Every aspect of our stay - rooms, facilities, meals - was exemplary.
