I found your travel services to be very quick and responsive to my email requests, everyone was helpful and professional and the prices were competitive, lower than advertised prices. From all the hotels I booked, I enjoyed my stay at the Villa Ombak on Gili Trawangan the most, it was a beautiful hotel. I did not like the room I booked at Intan Sengiggi, so I added an upgraded room once I got there. The hotel grounds, restaurant and pool are lovely, but the rooms do need some updating. The staff at the Artini 3 Cottages in Ubud The Palm Garden in Sanur were very helpful and informative. I had a wonderful holiday in Bali, Lombok, Gili Islands and I hope to return soon. I will let my friends know about your website if they need to make bookings for Indonesia. Thank you!
