Legian - It might be pretty hard to accurately mention the border
between Kuta and Legian. But you can simply pass the Melasti Street, as
it definitely the most recognizable part of Legian. Similar to other parts
of Kuta, the vibrant nightlife along with the pubs and discos are popular
watering holes for revelers. A great range of home- stays, bungalows up
to the starred hotels can be easily found in Legian, one of Balis
most visited resorts.

Day 1: Depart your Hotel at 07.30 a.m. for a scenic drive traversing central Bali to Kintamani. From the edge of the vast caldera surrounding Mt. Batur the road follows a steep downhill path to the lakeside. Here bicycles await you for a refreshing ride through dramatic terrain formed by ancient eruptions.
Depart your hotel around 7.30 am. for a two-hour scenic drive up to the central mountains. Trek with our local guides through the forests that fringe the caldera of lake Batur, high amongst the clouds, where the mists swirl down into the valley far down.
Close to the foot of the majestic and still active Mt Agung, Dukuh Sibetan villagers are only too aware of their precarious existence. When the volcano erupted in 1963, sand and rocks blanketed the village farmlands, making a return to normal agriculture impossible. One of the few crops that were able to survive in these new conditions, however, was salak- the snake fruit, already present in the area for hundreds of years.
Depart hotel at 7.30 am. for a two-hour scenic drive up to the central mountains. Our local guides will be waiting with the bicycles at Kedisan, ready for you to set off cycling at 9.00 am. The route follows the lakeside, with its picturesque vegetable gardens tucked into the little bays along the way.
