Last year November we were guest in your wunderfull hotel. We were very satisfied and enjoyed the luxery, excellent rooms, meals, service and very friendly personel. We recommend your hotel to our friends.
Reason for us to come back again and hopefully we will have the same experience. This year we booked your hotel again by FOX holliday travel(Belanda)and we will arrive on the 28th of October and will stay for 15 nights. As regular guests we request you to reserve the same room of last year no. 464 which we enjoyed very much.

What else can you ask for: quoted rate was so reasonable, no down payment required, a live agent was available to clarify some things, and to top it all, our credit card was charged only a month before the intended travel dates! Your agents are worth mentioning. Would like to commend and thank your staff, Ria (and the others who i cannot remember anymore) who immediately and patiently attended to my inquiries and requests for my reservations at Kind Villa Bintang in Bali from Dec 28 to Jan 1, 2007. She responded right away no matter how trivial and minor my inquiry was. And if she was not around, another staff would equally handle my inquiry efficiently. In Bali, we did not encounter any problems with our reservations and checking-in was a breeze. The hotel staff was ready with our keys and brekafast coupons when we arrived. Over-all, I am very satisfied with the service that i got. I would definitely refer you to my friends and would go back to you for my and my family\'s future travels. Thanks once again and more power to you. |
