    The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa is proud to announce the recent appointment of Ms. Nicoline Dolman as Director of Sales, overseeing an expanded sales team.

    Nicoline joins The Villas after almost two years at the Sofitel Seminyak Bali as International Sales and Marketing Manager. Prior to the Sofitel, she worked in the tour and private villa rental markets in Bali. Her academic qualifications include five years of study in her home country, Holland, where Nicoline obtained Bachelor degrees in Hotel and Tourism Management.

    "Nicoline's appointment completes the restructure of the Sales and Marketing division and brings international experience to the team," said Mr. David Kearns, General Manager of The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa. "It is part of our ongoing upgrade to the property, as we continue to improve our products and services to maintain our position as a leading resort in Bali." David said The Villas’ latest Customer Satisfaction Index shows guests are responding positively to the service enhancements.

    "The overall guest satisfaction index, covering all aspects of the Hotel's services, was 87% in December, led by Prana Spa at 93%. We are very pleased with this result," David said. Nicoline said she is looking forward to the challenge of overseeing the three separate brands under The Villas umbrella: The Villas Hotel, Prana Spa and Chill reflexology.

    "I am delighted to be joining the most established and biggest villa property in Bali offering the full range of hotel services," Nicoline said. "I aim to raise awareness of The Villas as a 'complete' resort experience incorporating Prana and Chill, and to continue to develop products to enhance our guests’ time here."

    Nicoline takes responsibility for an expanded sales team, with a new Senior Sales Manager, Ika Dunn, and three additional Japanese staff appointed as Guest Relations and Business Development Managers.

    A new International Spa Coordinator, Sascha Hansen, has also been appointed to the team at Prana.
