|Maya Ubud Resort & Spa invited Ms. Reiko Imagawa as a guest chef to share with her an introduction to her cuisine style of cooking and fine presentation.
Ms. Reiko Imagawa manages a cooking school since 1980 in Japan, teaching cooking, flower décor and table setting. Traveling extensively, she conducts cooking seminars in the USA, India and now in Bali.
Articles on her creations and menu composition as well as recipes are published in several magazines and newspapers in Japan. Ms. Reiko also lectures full time on subjects such as healthy dining, food styles, synchronized table settings and coordinated food décor presentations.
On February 6, 2004 we invited our in house guests to join the complimentary cocktail and food tasting reception, where Reiko-san prepared healthy and delicious creations with a continental-cuisine-flair and her modern style of cooking.
