Grand Hyatt Bali features "Food of Bali" at the Garden Cafe

For a unique dining experience, try our Balinese food promotion at the Garden Cafe every Friday evening. The Buffet will feature food from all regions of Bali, presented in a traditional and authentic way. Specialties offered for the evening are traditional Ayam Betutu (roasted chicken), Sayur Kuning (mixed vegetable in turmeric sauce), Pepes Ikan (grilled fish in banana leaves) to name but a few. Take the opportunity to savor these dishes specially prepared by our local Executive Chef - Wayan Widiana.

Three times in five years, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Wismilak champ!

Svetlana Kuznetsova exhibited great endurance during the final of Wismilak International on Sunday, 17 September 2006 at Grand Hyatt Bali. Seeded number one in the Sony Ericsson WTA tournament, Svetlana Kuznetsova defeated Marion Bartoli, the number six seed from France. After two hours single match, Svetlana rallied to defeat Marion in the second set. While for double match, Lindsay Davenport and Corina Morariu beat the team of Natalie Grandin and Trudi Musgrave. They played extremely well as they have led the game from the beginning.
