Ms, Deepali Dandekar, certified yoga instructor, brings with her a wealth of knowledge to provide guests with valuable insights into a healthy lifestyle. One on-one Ashtanga yoga sessions and meditation classes are offered. Guests can also enjoy personalized instruction from Deepali in yoga basics and on how to begin a journey to wellness. She will be the guest yoga trainer at Kriya Spa until October 31, 2008.
