This certificate was presented by the Chief of the Badung Regency, Anak Agung Gede Agung and the Director of Bali Tourism Police, POLDA Bali, Kombes Pol. I Gusti Ketut Budiartha SH to Mark Swinton, General Manager of The Balé.

The Safety and Security Standardization Team consisting of four government ministries conducted thorough inspections and investigation within each resort focusing on personnel, equipment, facilities and training. Their results ranked The Balé as the best among 24 hotels verified, with a total grade of 94.01% (ninety four point one percent), and successfully being compliant with international hotel security and safety standards.
