it is always a great honour to present the latest edition of the gangsa’s very own online newsletter initiative. although only small, the gangsa is a progressive property and we do our best to create new products and services on a regular basis.

as we enter the high season months of summer, Bali is gearing up for a number of community orientated events such as the sanur village festival. this is a programmed that we are proud to be associated with as it generates awareness of sanur as a quality destination.

Balinese hindu’s will also celebrate galungan on 20th august 2008. this auspicious date on the religious calendar will see most Balinese return home to their ancestral villages to participate in a series of ritual ceremonies and feast on local culinary delicacies with friends and loved ones. this is indeed a special time to visit the island and experience how the Balinese manage to maintain their unique cultural heritage despite the impact of modernization.
