Thank you for your email! We had such a lovely time in Bali. I was more than happy with the services provided by ABL. Our tour guide was very very helpful and friendly. The bus was very comfortable, and the choice of restaurants was great. We enjoyed the scenery very much.
Also I like our hotel very much. It was quiet and very beautiful, the grounds and surroundings and yet it was so close to the main shopping areas. Reservations were excellant!
I wil be using ABL again next year when I bring another group to Bali. YOu have been most helpful and accomodating.
Once again, thank you kindly for all your services. Have a great day.

| Thank you so much for the wonderful stay from the 7-12 June. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we will be telling all our friends about the wonderful time we had in Bali and the Grand Istana Rama Hotel. Can't wait to come back next year!
