| There was 4 of us i wont say names at all but a very Big HI TO THE STAFF from the blacks we enjoyed our stay and i would recommened this to every on who decides to go to bail and is looking for a room or for great service this is the place to stay okay there is great pools location for a great swim up pool bar watch your self there prices are high and they do have 21%TAX there and the restrant but dont let that stop you please go there look around we stayed in 107 and 108 just ask to take a look they will love you the boys are very good but watch your self at the steps at the restrant very slippery well hope my information has helped you out at all

| My family (my wife & 2 Teenage Daughters) stayed at the Melasti Beach Resort in September.We were originally suppose to stay at another Resort in Kuta but it was totally unacceptable.We
were able to change resorts & what a very pleasant surprise.The resorts staff were all very friendly,The room was huge,clean & well presented,Restaurant food Excellent.We recommended the Resort to our friends & they are going in June.Ideal family Resort |

| My family, daughters, husbands and children and I together with my husband, have stayed at this hotel, in the suite rooms, and we have always been impressed with the courtesy of the staff, both at the front desk and the room staff and the resturant, nothing is a problem for them to fix.
The rooms are always clean and with the special touch of a small vase of flowers in the room, the staff are quick and very efficient and always smiling.
Perhaps the only very small criticism is that they could change the breakfast menu a little more.
We have always had a wonderful holiday at the Melasti and that can only be because of the staff from the Managers and front office staff, down to the room staff and even the laundry staff, they are always smiling and ready to assist.
