Chef, John Taylor has created an innovative menu of Australian-quality lamb and this special menu will be featured daily as an alternative to Bella Rosa’s usual authentic Italian cuisine. All items from the lamb promotion menu are rupiah based at only Rp 98,000 net and the price includes a choice of delicious appetizer cream of mushroom soup with fresh herb or a sumptuous dessert of warm strawberries with sambuca & mascarpone cheese or coconut cream trembler.
Among the mouth-watering Lamb dishes from Executive chef John Taylor will be the Cummins Roasted Lamb Rack with pumpkin puree and Bedugul leek. Try the Balsamic, rosemary & Spanish onion braised Lamb shank or Lamb Leg and roasted pepper ragout accompanied by green noodles with vegetables, the chilled air-flown lamb is extremely tender and delicious, enriched with natural herbs.
From its elevated height, overlooks Legian beachfront with unparalleled sunset views over the Indian Ocean.
