I would like to congratulate the hotel management on its excellent services and the positive and helpful staffs of the hotel. I stayed in Batam View on the weekend of 26-27th July 2003. (checked out at 1pm) On the day of the departure, my friends and I met with some problems with our passports. The hotel staffs who brought us to the jetty for the 2pm boat was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. We are extremely grateful for their help.
