Ma Joly Restaurant
Our elegant beachside restaurant, serves a fine selection of world-class French and International cuisine, as well as the freshest fish from Jimbaran Bay. Dining takes place alfresco on our open terrace or under the shelter of a traditional Balinese alang alang roof, where stylish decor is complemented by Indonesian artwork.
Alternatively, guests may choose to feast within our graceful pavilion supported by Romanesque stone pillars running half the length of the white sandy beach. Our Beach Bar stands beside a Balinese temple and an ancient holy Ancak tree. Here guests can enjoy freshly squeezed fruit juices, exotic island cocktails and superb cappuccinos.
