Hi, Thankyou for your service, I found everything to my satisfaction. Your website was easy to use, all contacts were clear and easy to follow. Hotel reservation was simple and payment as advised. On arrival your representative (I Wayan Sugiarta) met me and with his driver dropped me at my hotel (Kuta Puri Bungalows). Wayan provided good advice and was very helpful. They also were on time and friendly for the transport to the airport when departing. My stay at Kuta Puri Bungalows was very nice, the gardens were spectacular, and staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was also very good. I like its location in central Kuta. I have been to Bali 15 times and stayed at The Bounty Hotel, Legian Beach Hotel, The Bali Intan and many more, Kuta Puri Bungalows are as good value or better than the others I would also like to compliment your company and staff for your kind and professional services. I only have one suggestion: When dropped at my hotel on arrival, a time for pick-up for transport to the airport for my departure was arranged based on 2 hours prior to flight departure. As my return flight time changed from 00:40 to 00:10 (30 minutes earlier), It would be nice maybe for you to check with customers a day before departure if the pick-up time is still OK. I was at the airport in plenty of time, and could have called your office if the flight time had changed significantly, but if your company checks with the customers, this may be a “nice” gesture. I propose to visit Bali next year and will be using your services again. Thankyou Terima kasih banyak Steve

I stayed with my dad for 2 weeks in 2002. Desipite being shy at first the staff soon made me feel welcome and at home. We were soon spending part of hte late evening sitting, hanging out with the staff. My dad is a Indonesian teacher here in Australia and that made communicating easy but for me and my broken indonesian they made me feel as I said earlier quite at home. It is a real oasis in the middle of Kuta, outside it's all husle and busle but once you enter the compound it's surprisingly quiet and relaxed. It was a real pleasure being woken up by the cool morning air with the beautiful scent of the numberous frangapani trees that line the path.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in 1997. Single white female alone, I travelled to Bali on the recommendation of a nice, helpful travel assistant at Trailfinders, Kensington. I was treated with curtesy and respect by the staff and the locals, despite it being unusual for them for a female of my age to be travelling alone. My Cottage/Bungalow was immaculately laid out and kept spotless. Looking at the photo's on this page it appears that it hasn't changed. The security at the site was always present, yet inobtrusive. I felt very safe and able to leave my belongings without fear of being robbed or mugged. The breakfast served was just right for the temperature as your appetite changes and the staff in the restaurant were always prompt and service was out of this world, as was the food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, it has it's own private swimming pools should you not want to venture out, yet is minutes from the most breathtaking beach I saw. Eating out is an adventure you must try and within minutes of leaving this hotel you can choose from the top class Hard Rock Hotel to the home cooked bowls of food from the street vendors, all are delicious and quite safe. Bali is the kind of place that us Europeans only dream of......... fulfill your dreams!
