Whether you are looking for a casual beachside setting or intimate dining for two, the resort favors any request and desire. The mix of international, western, Indonesian and Balinese cuisine highlights signature menus to define each restaurant. In addtion a 24-hour room service available to all guest rooms.

Wedang Jahe Restaurant

Surrounded by a tropical lotus pond and nestled amidst palm trees and landscaped gardens, Wedang Jahe is the idyllic setting for breakfast and dinner. Dining options include indoors or outdoors while seating arrangements are casual and relaxing. The restaurant offers an international buffet breakfast, regular theme buffet dinners and an international a la carte menu. Indoors, two large wood carvings are set in the middle of the restaurant showcasing high piles of fruits depicting a Balinese traditional offering served to appease the Gods who guard the island and it's people.

Regular theme buffet dinners include Italian Night, offering a selection of the finest pastas and pizzas, set in an Italian night theme extravaganza. Fashion night, where top models showcase elegant evening attire while guests dine with a 5-course set dinner. Mexican Night, where guests will find the finest selection of Mexican dishes through a 4-course set dinner. Balinese Night, where the emphasis of the evening will be on the local traditional Balinese cuisine served through a 4-course set dinner, all prepared by the resorts' professional chefs.

Raja's Balinese Cuisine

Voted as Best Balinese Restaurant in Bali, Readers' Choice Awards Hello Bali magazine 2005.

This signature restaurant is located just steps away from the beachfront and side by side with the main swimming pool, dining at Raja's is a truly panoramic experience.

Raja's restaurant literally means the kings restaurant, a mixture of wooden interior and exterior with beautiful Balinese artifacts and fabrics compliment the restaurant décor. Dine on the outdoor patio or inside air-condition room for a truly royal experience. Private room available for up to 8 persons.

Balinese cuisine is indeed a harmony of taste, colour and texture achieved by blending herbs and spices to entrance natural tastes which appeal to the senses as well as to the palate. Recommended is Raja's signature dish Bebek Betutu (a whole duck marinated in a secret blend of 16 Balinese spices, wrapped in palm leaves and slow cooked). Also not to be missed is our award winning dish Palem Sari Ulam (steamed seafood in coconut curry pudding).

At Raja's we are looking to offer the very best of Bali's unique culinary offerings. Only the finest ingredients are used and the utmost care taken to ensure that the tastes of classic, century old recipes are prepared and presented to perfection.

Sandro's Pizzeria

When it comes to casual dining, nothing can compete to the fresh experience of Sandro's Pizzeria, an al fresco café overlooking the swimming pools. Mediterranean style décor with colorful highlights of red, green, blue and yellow, this restaurant is located in the heart of the resort. Famous for it’s oven-fresh pizzas, homemade pasta, light Italian appetizers and salads and delicious home made ice cream. Open daily for lunch, dinner and all day dining. The restaurant seats 58 guests in total.

Maguro Asian Bistro

The flavours of Asia play beautifully to a tropical audience and Maguro Bistro features a range of recipes sourced across Asia.

Offering both favourites and innovations of our own from our Executive Chef, Australian Darren Lauder, who has come to us from Japan. Maguro features dishes as diverse as the Indian influenced lamb pastries to Chinese favourites like crispy prawn dim sums to flavourful tropical Asian-style salads and Japanese Sushi and Sashimi.

Mains can be light or filling; from grilled lobster to the popular Barbecue beef ribs, seafood curry, twice-cooked duck or a variety of yakitori sticks.

Deserts also get the Maguro treatment, light, bright and classically presented. Recently renovated in red and black with an open kitchen and a breezy terrace, Maguro invites you to enjoy our tropical ambience beside the pool for lunch or dinner.

Chess Beachfront Restaurant

Located just steps away from the beachfront and next to the main swimming pool and lagoon pool, this newly renovated open-air casual restaurant and bar offers a unique theme dining experience. Within the restaurant and bar is a giant set of chess pieces, so dining or enjoying a cocktail can become a fun experience over a game of chess.

A striking combination of black and white colors are dotted throughout the restaurant, featured as salt and pepper holders, ashtrays, place mats, giant umbrellas, napkins to even the staff uniforms. The menu presentation is unique offering tempting and delicious dishes, including : fresh salads, complete selection of sandwiches, grilled fish, chicken or beef, a wide selection of pizza and dessert includes home made ice cream and fresh fruits.

Budaya Cultural Theatre

The Budaya Cultural theatre is where truly exquisite Balinese cultural performances are combined with a sumptuous buffet dinner. Set as an open-air theatre style restaurant, Budaya Cultural Theatre is the perfect place to wine and dine under Bali's tropical night sky. Seating arrangements are on several different tiers, giving an opportunity for all guests to view a colorful performance on the stage below. The buffet is set on the top tier providing a selection of the finest international dishes.

Weekly cultural performances include Legong dance and Ramayana dance. Budaya Cultural Theatre is available for dinner only on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m. and available for scheduled theme nights. It is also available for private parties.

Spa Cafe

This stunning outdoor café is located within the Nusa Dua Spa complex, adjacent to the Spa lap pool. Casual and relaxing the atmosphere brings a sense of rejuvenation to the mind and body. The café compliments a luxurious body treatment, healthy fresh fruit juices or herbal tea to perfect your day.

Chess Bar

Chess Bar is a step away from the Chess Restaurant, swimming pools and beachfront. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the full view of the ocean. With a grass-thatched roof, the décor highlights giant chess pieces in all the corners of the open-air bar while precisely in the middle of the bar lies a semi-giant chess-board and pieces. Tropical cocktails, fresh juices and alcoholic drinks are the specialties. Live sports events on TV.

Pool Bar

Swim-up and refresh with a cool tropical drink at the Pool Bar. This haven is located in the midst of the main swimming pool and is a pleasant way to relax while playing in the sun, underwater seating available.

Lobby Bar

This elegant lounge is located in the lobby, overlooking the lush terrace gardens. The lobby Bar is the ideal rendezvous point to relax and reflect on another day in paradise, suits perfect for pre-or post- dinner drinks and cocktails. The Lobby Bar is designed for comfort, located in a corner of the lobby, with live music available every evening.

Santi Lounge

A fully air-conditioned spacious lounge provides guests the extra convenience and luxury comfort while waiting for their rooms due to early arrival or late flight back home. Free access for all guests.

Meeting & Banquets

The hotel has seven function rooms, all equipped with advanced and modern facilities to accommodate large and small group meetings. Keraton Ballroom, Kertagosa Function Room and five smaller conference rooms for conventions, meetings, private receptions, weddings and banquets up to 1200 people. Full range of audio-visual equipment readily available.

The Keraton Room

Named after the palaces of ancient Java, the Keraton Ballroom combines all the opulence of a Sultan's court with the conveniences of a multi-purpose banquet hall. An outdoor foyer provides additional room for cocktails, coffee breaks and registration, while a connecting Ante room can accommodate 80 people theatre style or serve as a convenient buffet station. 28 square meters stage, private entrance and adjacent bathrooms.

The Kertagosa Room

Located just off the lobby, the Kertagosa Room is conviniently situated near the hotel's internet and business centre. Its unique octagonal form and garden view picture windows provide a sunlit ambience for daytime events and an ideal atmosphere for evening reception and gourmet banquets Adjoining the Kertagosa Room are two smaller function rooms continuing the Balinese theme with decorated ceiling panels.

The Klungkung and Kamasan Rooms

Kamasan Room connects to the main function room through carved wooden doors, or through a separate entrance creating an ideal space for committee meetings, small gatherings or as a dedicated bar area, according to the needs of the event planned. Klungkung Room is a more intimate space with a separate entrance, it can be used alone for a smaller events, meetings or as an adjunct to the main room.

Budaya Cultural Theatre

On the stage of the Budaya Cultural Theatre is where Bali's rich cultural heritage comes alive, in an open air amphitheatre that has all the magic necessary to create specatacular sunset and evening events. Enjoy the extravagant array of international buffets prepared by talented chefs and a complete Gamelan Orchestra and dancers perform the classical and graceful dance of Ramayana Ballet Show every Tuesday or Legong Dance every Friday.

The Executive Meeting Rooms

Overlooking the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa's stunning Candi Bentar entrance gate and fountain pools, the Garuda and Nusa Penida rooms are at the disposal of those planning smaller or more private functions. It can seat up to 80 guests theatre-style and is equally accommodating for conferences, work shops and meetings. More intimate still is the Nusa Penida Room, an attractive option for board meetings up to 12 people.
