This inn is situated quite far from the main street of Ubud but it is worth to stay here. The 12 rooms of various types stand facing into the rice field and are separated from the compound where the owner lives. The inn has a restaurant by its entrance that also functions as reception. The restaurant serves Indonesian and Western menu. A swimming pool is on the second floor of the restaurant where you have wonderful rice field view in its surrounding. Two bale bengong (open small wooden pavilion) are placed by the pool for you to relax. Here you can feel the atmosphere of a village life. The laundry service is available upon request. The inn can also arrange car rental and day-trip tour. The breakfast is inclusive in the room rate.
Each room of the inn has a terrace where you can enjoy the rice field view, a small garden and a pond in front of the terrace. The rooms bear Balinese style architect.
Room Types The facilities in each room types are basically similar but they have different sizes. 1. Eight Standard rooms: A basic room with ceiling fan, the bathroom has hot and cold shower and bathtub. 2. Two Downstairs rooms: The room is larger that the standard room. It is furnished with some furniture such as chairs. The bathroom has hot and cols shower with bathtub. 3. Two Upstairs rooms: The size is similar with downstairs room. It is also furnished.
The upstairs rooms are the best places to get rice field view since they sit in the second floor and its edges facing to the rice field have glass walls, so you can have the view as long as you stay there.
