All guest accommodations include 24-hours room service, twice-daily maid service, overnight laundry and pressing. Each suites and villa has a personal in-room safe providing secure storage for valuables, convenient duel-line telephone system with computer/facsimile connection capabilities, compact disc sound system, 26" television with video disc player with satellite hook-up, air-conditioning and overhead fans. The private bar features snack items and refreshments and extensive CD lending library is located in the Library & Lounge.

Bathroom amenities include make-up/shaving mirror, hair dryer, 100% cotton robes, slippers and thick absorbent towels and a collection of superior quality Four Seasons amenities.

The Resort has two Restaurants, one bar and 24-hour room service.

* Ayung Terrace Elegantly situated on the crest of a lush gorge, the dining room offers breathtaking views of the swift-flowing rive below. Serving three meals daily, guests may select to dine in the restaurant or on the terrace.
Seating for 40 is available in the dining room and the terrace area accommodates 20 : a private dining area for eight is adjacent. Breakfast is served from 6.30 - 11 a.m, lunch from 11.a.m. - 3 p.m. and dinner from 6 -10 p.m. 'Rindik' music is featured from 5 - 7 p.m. and 'Keroncong' from 7 - 9 p.m nightly.

* Riverside Cafe Western cuisine and Asian favorites are served in casual, poolside open-air setting. Located next to the river and shaded by an "alang-alang" thatched roof and umbrellas, the restaurant is open from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and seats 40.

* Jati Bar Located next to the Lobby, this comfortable lounge built out of beautiul teak is known for its spectacular view and delicious libations. Open daily from 3:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Recreation: endless outdoor activities are found in this area including trekking, cycling, river rafting, kayaking, nature walks and birth watching, Ideally positioned beside the river is a large infinity-edge, kidney shaped swimming poll for lounging and sunning.

Point of interest: Ubud, which is ten minutes from the Resort, was established in the 1930s as the artistic and cultural center. From painting, sculptures, wood carvings to intricate handicrafts, this region has been a gathering place for local and foreign artists for decades and guests may enjoy visiting the boutiques and fascinating work studios in the surrounding areas. There are also beautiful temples worth exploring and interesting festival to attend throughout the year.

Library & Lounge: guests can enjoy the Resort's extensive collection of books, compact discs, video cassette tapes and games in the well-appointed facility or in the privacy of their suites or villas. The Library & Lounge is also available for guests with late flight departures or early morning arrivals.
Showers and change facilities are available in the Health Club & Spa. There is also secure area for luggage. Open from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Meeting Facilities: Private meeting facilities include a conference room with connecting patio ideal for executive retreats. Audio/visual equipment available upon request including VHS and multi-system video equipment, slide and overhead projectors, screens and a state-of-the art sound system. The meeting room measures 580 square feet (54 square meters) and can accommodate 16 for a boardroom set-up and 30 for banquet seating.

Resort Shopping: enjoy the convenience and quality of three resort boutiques. The Gallery at Sayan features over 1,600 square feet (150 square meters) of retail space offering high quality homeware items, textiles, clothing and antique artwork. The Spa Shop offers a  fine selection of aromatic oils, essential oils, bath salts, soaps, incense, natural body care formulations, spa robes and sandals, accessory items, logowear and sportswear. The Lobby Boutique displays an interesting selection of jewelry items, small antique artifacts and locally woven fabrics.
