Cave that is well known and visited by many tourist is the cave Kasah", it located within the KSNP area with the nearest distance from Kersik Tuo village in Kayu Aro sub district is around 5 km away. It is the habitat of cave bats and some other species or bird.

The first space is dome shaped and is around 8 x 15 m wide and 15 m in height. According to some scientists investigation it was suspected that this cave was the shelter of the cavemen thousand years ago.

Beside this cave there are another caves such like cave Pauh Sago near Batang Merangin village, cave Ketelawar (Cave Bat) near Tebing Tinggi village at the sub district Danau Kerinci, cave BeLang at the village Tatang Kemutun and cave Kapeh near the village Batang Kapeh in the sub district Gunung Kerinci.
