 Nusa Dua, Bali’s renowned resort area, offers a memorable setting for this spectacular event. Promising something for everyone, the annual Nusa Dua Festival is an event not to be missed.
The Festival showcases the island's arts and crafts, giving visitors a taste of why Bali is now "Better Than Ever!". The 7-day event opens with a grand procession of more than1,000 Balinese, wearing traditional costume, with some carrying towering offerings of fruit and flowers on their heads and others playing music on gongs, flutes, bamboo instruments and drums.
The Nusa Dua Festival promises a gala week of special events, all designed to engage the imaginations of both the casual visitor and long-time lovers of Bali.
Appearing on the festival's many stages will be a host of performing groups, many of whom will be presenting exciting new work that test the limits of innovation. Taking advantage of the festival’s open, relaxed atmosphere, guests can engage with the artists to share experiences, ideas and impressions across cultures.
