Nice, homey hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for a work-related trip: a 2 day wokrshop at the hotel and 4 nights for other activities.

Although I did not really care about the location, I found that it was nice and peaceful even though it was located on the main road (Sanur Bypass). It was also just a 10- minute walk to the beach.

But for me the most important thing was the very nice and friendly staff at the front office and at the coffee shop. Often times Indonesians dont get the same treatment as foreigners in Bali (as I have mentioned in my other reviews) but Sri Phala was different! The front office staff were very friendly and would go an extra mile to help us, such as calling the taxi or making phone calls for us, or just provide some information we needed.

Breakfast was simple (a choice of American, Continental, Indonesian or Japanese breakfast) but good enough. The room was also cosy, with a balcony facing the front yard, not a beautiful view, but no complains
