First impression of our one bedroom villa (villa 8) was good- decent sized pool, neat and clean inside and out, great location close to the beach and good restaurants, cold A/C in the bedroom, friendly and helpful staff.
During our stay there were a few minor issues- phone and safe not working properly, front gate left unlocked by housekeeping/maintenance on more than one occasion, not being informed when maintenance needed to be carried out so we often came home to find random ladders/people in the garden, however these issues were dealt with promptly after speaking with the staff at the front desk.
The main problems we had were the weak shower pressure (and the length of time it took for the water to heat up) and the floor in the living area next to the pool was very slippery (my partner actually had a nasty fall on it the 2nd day we were there that left him a bit bruised and battered for the duration of our holiday).
The Nasi Goreng cooked by the chef for breakfast was the best that I ate in Bali this trip! We also went to the in house spa while staying there and thoroughly enjoyed the treatments (full body massage and coconut body scrub). More on the expensive side for body treatments in bali, however you certainly get what you pay for.
Villas are looking a little tired, however have been well maintained. We were advised that the +seaside villas are the older villas out of bvilla +seaside/+spa/+pool, however I would happily stay there again as the location is great.
