I travelled with my husband and two kids. We had a family room, which consisted of two rooms separated by the bathroom. There was a large step in the kids bedroom, which might be a problem if you had small kids. There was also a large balcony which was great. The breakfasts were fantastic, by the pool overlooking the beach. My only complaint was the smell from the toliet was horrid. When I mentioned it to staff were were told they were fully booked and we couldn't change rooms.I moved a freshener from the bedroom to the bathroom, and we purchased rose scented fly spray from Circle K for the mossies wich also helped. We didn't eat dinner or lunch at the hotel. We ate many times at Bonsai Cafe and Bennos which are just nearby on the beach. Circle K is next door, the one on road side (not the beach) has an ATM. We also did a cooking classd at the hotel. A little exe, but perfect for us as we have small kids. It turned out to be just hubby and I, so it was a personal class with the chef, and the food was yummy! This was our first visit to Sanur. It was businer than I expected, nothting like Kuta of course, but stell lot's of people around and lot's happening. There was also quite a breeze from the ocean so make sure you take long pants and a long top for night time!
