I stayed here for 6 nights and was really happy with it. I had a 'suite' twin room which basically meant it was a large bedroom with an attached dining area. It had a big table a 4 chairs, a good sized fridge and a kitchen sink. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was a lots fo room for cupboard space too. The downside was no balcony although we did have 2 sets of opening windows which opened out and faced the pool. It was also a little noisy because I could hear the noise from the main bar/kitchen area. If there was a band at night i could clearly hear it in my room but they did finish about 11pm so it wasn't late. We got a bottle of water complimentary daily. The main pool is lovely to swim in but loses the sun about 2pm. There is a second pool at the back which is much quieter and kept the sun until about 5pm. There is free wifi in the bar area which is handy. It's also in a great location - only about 300m walk to the beach and there were plenty of shops literally right outside the hotel. Next door is an ATM facility plus an internet cafe should you need to print things etc. There are also 2 small convenience stores within about a 30 meter walk - both open 24 hours. Rooms were cleaned daily and I found staff to be very friendly and helpful. We had a chance to speak to the manager and talked to him about the reviews we had seen about bed bugs (we didn;t experience any problems though). He explained they have replaced all matresses with new ones which is reassuring. Unless you stay at a top end resport there is a chance you can encounter bedbugs at any accommodation - with people travelling more and more it's quite easy to spread. I would say that if you have this issue here (although I doubt it now), talk to teh staff and ask to be moved - I am sure they would be happy to help. I would happily stay here again.
