Tulamben is located at northeast
coastal of Bali, is one of the few stretches on Bali where village life is largely unaffected
by tourism. Breathtaking slopes of tiered ricefields alternate with massive black rivers
of volcanic rubble, the ravages of Agung Mount's 1963 eruption.
There is a coral outcropping about 100 meters away to the east from Tulamben. There are some good diving
sites inTulamben area.
A sunken American Liberty ship, which was torpedoed by the Japanese in
1942 and later abandoned, can also be dived on; its about one and half kilometers away to
the east and does not take much strength. Many of our guests are very impressed with Tulamben
area. How about you ? |
